What if I have lost my verification code or it has expired?
As part of our commitment to customer security, new accounts need to be verified within 60 days of receiving your account verification code.
If you've mislaid your verification code, please give us a call on 01296 41 41 41 and we'll send you a new one. Similarly, if your code has expired, please call us. In this instance, we might be able to verify your account over the phone if you still have your expired code.
