How do I transfer to another platform or broker?

Your new service starts on Monday 8 February 2021. That means it is now too close to your move for us to complete a transfer to another platform or broker on time. But after your move you can, of course, still ask your new platform or broker to arrange a transfer from ii. Like The Share Centre, ii do not charge an exit fee.

If a transfer has already been instructed for you, we are currently experiencing an increased number of transfers and an increased level of contacts coming into our customer service teams. Whilst we typically hope to complete transfers within four weeks, you may experience a delay as we work through these higher volumes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
