Resetting your password
Go to our ‘sign in’ page, enter your customer reference number, click ‘next’, then click on 'forgotten your password'. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Resetting your memorable word
Go to our ‘sign in’ page and enter your customer reference number, then the password on the next screen. On the following screen, when you are asked to enter your memorable word, click ‘forgotten your memorable word?’ located just below the missing characters.
If you have forgotten both your password and memorable word, you can follow each of the above processes.
