Resetting your password
Go to our ‘sign in’ page, enter your customer reference number, and click ‘forgotten your password/create new’ beneath the password box. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Resetting your memorable word
Go to our ‘sign in’ page and enter your customer reference number and password. On the following screen, when you are asked to enter your memorable word, click ‘forgotten your memorable word?’ located just above the missing characters.
If you have forgotten both your password and memorable word, we will need to post you a password. You can request this online by following the ‘forgotten password’ instruction and when you are asked for a memorable word, click ‘forgotten your memorable word?’.
