Where can I find my customer reference?

Your customer reference number is quoted on your welcome email and any correspondence you’ve received from us by post. These include:

  • Welcome email – try searching your inbox for an email from webservers@sharecentre.com
  • Contract note – sent to you when you buy or sell an investment. Try searching your inbox for an email from webservers@sharecentre.com
  • Valuation statement – if you receive these by post they are sent to you half yearly in April and October.

Please note we cannot give these details over the phone and can only send you the details to your home address. This will delay access to your account.
