Printing from the website
Printing your account details
We've removed the native 'print' button from the website; this took you into your browsers own printing options and can still be accessed by following the normal steps of printing from internet browsers. This can vary depending on which browser you are using, but can typically be performed by holding down Control and pressing 'P' on the keyboard, (or Command and P on a Mac). You can also usually click on the menu/file button and click on 'Print'.
We are aware of issues printing documents using the Firefox browser, which is a known issue across many websites when using Firefox. We would recommend using a different browser for printing.
You can click on 'My account' and then 'Valuation statements' to download a copy of past valuations for your accounts. These can be printed in the normal way (usually 'File' and then 'Print') should you require a paper copy.
Downloading investments information
You can also download a copy of your investment information by clicking on the 'Download table' option underneath any table of investments within your accounts. This downloads as a .xlsx file type, which is a spreadsheet and can be opened by Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or free programmes such as Google Sheets. These programmes allow you to manipulate and customise the data.
