Postal fee changes

The practicalities of providing offline services, combined with certain regulatory obligations introduced over the last few years, mean that we are no longer covering our costs.

You can avoid postal fees by switching to our online service which means that you will receive an email to tell you when your valuation is available via your online account (you will still receive a PDF version of your contract notes via email).

You can switch to receiving statements and other information by email from the "My Profile" section. You can also check whether you are paying a postal fee in your valuation statement.
