What happens if I don't pay my fees?
We ask that all fees are paid on a monthly basis. If any outstanding fees reach above £10 or are outstanding for more than 30 days, we will look to recover them, in accordance with our Terms of Business.
We will first look at any other accounts you hold and move cash from those to cover the fees.
If you don’t have any available cash in other accounts, we will sell investments to cover your outstanding fees. We’ll only sell what is needed to cover the fee amount, and we’ll sell from the investment that you have the largest holding in. Please note that you will be charged dealing commission for any sales to cover outstanding fees.
